6-week Boot Camp with Copilot Chat💫 

Give your people what they need to work in a structured, efficient and stress-free way - all week long.

The licenses are usually already in place. The problem is that they are rarely used for more than a fraction of what they can do. In this Boot Camp we change that.

Over six weeks, participants gain practical, directly applicable knowledge that strengthens productivity, collaboration and self-leadership in Microsoft 365. One module a week — a pace that lets the knowledge really take effect in everyday work.

All participants join a shared workspace in Teams, where they get a short daily recap of the latest module. Everyone follows along at their own pace, on their own terms.


This is what we cover – one module a week

The order of the modules is carefully thought through


  • MODULE 1: OneNote – the hub of your work
    Gather meetings, notes, decisions and working material in one place, adapted to your role. Every participant creates their own notebook to carry through the whole Boot Camp - but even more importantly, long afterwards.
  • MODULE 2: Copilot Chat – AI that understands who you are
    Here you learn to use Copilot Chat based on who you are, what you work with and how you want your answers. This is the foundation we build on throughout the rest of the Boot Camp.
  • MODULE 3: Files and collaboration in practice
    How OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams fit together - so you work the right way with files, versions and sharing. With Copilot Chat at your side, file handling becomes something else entirely.
  • MODULE 4: Outlook – Work Smarter, Not Harder
    Create structure in your inbox, prioritize properly and free up time in your day. You will also discover what Copilot Chat can do with your email once it knows who you are.
  • MODULE 5: To Do/Planner – full control of your tasks
    Reduce stress and build confidence through clear task management - nothing falls through the cracks. And yes, here too there are smart ways to let Copilot Chat help out.
  • MODULE 6: Teams – more effective collaboration
    Work smart in teams: communication, meetings and workspaces that actually work. This module ties together everything from the earlier modules - including how Copilot Chat becomes a natural part of your teamwork.

 

Digital Driver's License – After each module the participant takes a short test – at their own pace, with no pressure to perform.

After the boot camp, all participants who have completed at least one test receive a Digital Driver's License showing which modules they have completed. A concrete receipt of digital maturity, and something to be proud of.
