I am passionate about making the workday a little better for people. People first, then technology.
Everything I offer is based on standard Microsoft 365 in the cloud – smart use of what you already have.

With me, you will get:

  • Flexibility: Buy a service once and work independently, or bring in another consultant whenever you want. You are not tied to me unless you want to.
  • Help for self-help: Each solution is complemented by short screen recordings that show you how to maintain what you have purchased.
  • Clarity in the jungle: A standard license from Microsoft has 26 different programs. I help you understand when to use what
Example: Avoid Viva Engage – good idea, but you will run aground.
  • Hard to know what you don't know: An hour with a company that has used Microsoft for many years ended with the comment "thinking, we thought we had a bicycle when we actually have a Rolls Royce".

With me, you have a digital lighthouse in the cloud. Steer right, and it goes smoothly. 🏆

this is what I am proud of.

🎉 Capture Energy launches new intranet

On April 2, 2026, Capture Energy took a new step in its digital development by going live with a new intranet in SharePoint and Teams, complete with an integrated management system.

By replacing its previous solution, they are now reducing their costs – no extra licenses are needed since the platform is built with standard features in Microsoft 365, which they are already using.

To ensure long-term and secure support, Capture Energy has also signed a service agreement with Digital Lighthouse. This means they continue to receive ongoing assistance, advice, and further development of their Microsoft 365 environment.

Working smart saves time but also increases security.

I love making someone's workday a little better - that's why I started Monday tips.
Grab a cup of coffee and go to Coffee with Film - today is the best day to learn something new 💫
Does your team also want to work more efficiently?

I would be happy to help you get there. 😊

2020 Global pandemic

The news started reporting about covid, and I asked my boss if I could run a major campaign directed at all employees - got a yes.

2020-03-12 an email was sent to 4000 employees "No one with the Teams program should avoid meeting just because of a lack of skills"

In the email, there was a:

  • Video - in 10 minutes you learned everything needed to attend an online meeting. The video was on the Global intranet's homepage for two years.
  • Teams link at 14:00 every weekday from March 13 to March 31, a live demo was run on how to meet others online, walk right in without registration.

2020-04-01 Sweden confirms pandemic and introduces rules for restaurants and bars, at that point I had single-handedly trained nearly 1000 people, 30 countries, on how to call and participate in meetings over the web.

My employer later noted that they managed the pandemic unusually well. Of course, this was due to many factors, but the fact that we smoothly got started with digital collaboration was definitely a success factor.

2016 A friend calls me "The Legend"

I worked at the construction company NCC for 18 years. A friend calls me The Legend after a conversation with someone else at NCC. The person knew who I was but had never met me, didn’t know where I worked, didn’t even know what I was working with.
All she knew was that I was very good.
Thank you, whoever you are, it warms! ❤️

2012 "Miss Lync" stopped NCC from purchasing video conferencing systems

All other large companies in Sweden invested in expensive video conferencing solutions while I stubbornly insisted that we only use Lync, what we now call Microsoft Teams. It was no coincidence that I was internally renamed Miss Lync

1994 I join V.A.G in Södertälje - the same morning they received new hardware

I joined V.A.G to sort papers for two weeks. The users were upset because they had received new software with new hardware - but they had not received training.

I said the words that changed my entire life "I can handle the mouse". Two weeks turned into two years and I knew I would work in IT.
